Yealink Quick Guide - Hold, Park, Transfer

Hold
Press Hold softkey (or the dedicated Hold key)
To resume: press the Resume softkey or the line key
Note: phone will beep every ~30 seconds as a reminder.
Blind Transfer
Sends the call to another extension without talking to them first. Caller ID shown to the recipient is the original caller's.
During the call, press Transfer (softkey or key) — caller is placed on hold
Dial the extension or number
Press B Transfer softkey
Hang up — you're out of the call
Warm Transfer (Attended)
You talk to the recipient first, then connect them. Useful when the recipient may want context or may not be available.
Press Transfer
Dial the extension or number, press Send or Call
Wait for them to answer, announce the call
Press Transfer again (or just hang up) to complete
To bail out and go back to the caller: press Cancel, then Resume
Call Park
Like a system-wide hold. Park the call to a numbered "orbit," and anyone on the system can pick it up by dialing that number. Good for "Hey Bob, pick up line 701."
To park:
Press Transfer
Press the dedicated park line keys, press the corresponding key to park or retrieve.
