Use the csv import tool to import vendor credits

Create a CSV file containing the headers and fields required by NetSuite for vendor credits.

Use "Import Assistant" function to upload the CSV file into NetSuite. 1) Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records 2) For 'Import Type' select Transaction 3) For 'Record Type' select Vendor Bill/Vendor Credit 4) Click 'Select' at the bottom of the page and select the .CSV file from your computer to upload 5) Click 'Next' at the bottom of the page 6) Verify that the 'Add' bubble is check and click 'Next' at the bottom of the page Note: it helps to have the Vendor Bill form open in NetSuite and your .CSV file open to see which fields you are mapping for steps 7-8 7) Drag the fields from your .CSV field on the left hand side of the screen to the lines on the left in the middle of the screen 8) Drag the fields from the Vendor Bill form on the right to the lines on the right in the middle of the screen to match with the .CSV fields on that same line 9) When the necessary fields are mapped, click 'Next' 10) Optional: you can give this Import Mapping a Name, Description and ID to save this mapping for future imports 11) Click 'Save & Run' 12) Click 'View Job Status' in the green confirmation ribbon at the top of the page to view the import status 13) The Job Status page will display - click on the Date column to sort by date to see the most recent import 14) Click 'Refresh' until the 'Percent Complete' column shows 100% 15) If the records did not all import successfully (shows in Message column), click the CSV Response link to view the error message in order to adjust and re-import failed records
