Need to find a store CSV file?
For Traction files, use the NetSuite search bar and type journals_xxx (store number)_yyyymmdd (bill date):
you can do the same with other file types and for HITS files:
HITS files:
HP_journals_store#_yyyymmdd
HP_vendorbills_store#_yyyymmdd
HP_vendorcredits_store#_yyyymmdd
Traction files:
journals_store#_yyyymmdd
vendorbills_store#_yyyymmdd
vendorcredits_store#_yyyymmdd
If NetSuite shows a matching file name in the search results, you can click on the file name:
It will take you to a NetSuite screen that has a downloadable file link. You can click any of the options in the red box below to see or download the file:
From there, if you want to try re-uploading it, then download it and move it into the appropriate To Be Processed folder in the File Cabinet:
