TO CHANGE DEFAULT PRINTER IN HITS

Go to:  VIEWS – ADMIN & UTIL – WORKSTATION – SET DEFAULT PRINTER

Then use the drop down to select the printer you want it to default to.  You can set them all, so it will just pull that printer and have “1” on the copy.  Save it, then exit/log back in and it should pick up the changes.

In the case of the oil change, I would suggest leaving it “Always Prompt for Printer.”
