A new print option has been added, enabling users to print open work orders as quotes. This functionality allows you to provide customers with a professionally formatted invoice, featuring the Gills Point S logo and detailed line-item pricing. The document will be watermarked with the word “QUOTE” and will include a disclaimer at the bottom. This option is particularly useful when customers require an invoice for submission to insurance providers or employers as proof of work to be completed for payment. To utilize this feature, simply open the desired work order, select print, and choose "Quote" as the Print Format instead of "Tech Sheet."
