Placing Orders through TireCAT

 

  1. Access TireCAT – log in to the HITS system and navigate to the TireCAT section.
  2. Copy the PO Number – click the "COPY #" button next to the ticket# box on the main tab of the work order.
  3. Reopen the Tire in TireCAT – double-click the green "LINK" icon next to the tire description.
  4. Select the Tire for Ordering – click the yellow "ORDER THIS TIRE" button.
  5. Enter Your PIN – when prompted, input your store’s PIN.
  6. Verify Vendor and Quantity – ensure the correct vendor and quantity are selected.
  7. Paste the PO Number – paste the previously copied PO into the PO box.
  8. Submit the Order – click the green "PLACE ORDER" button.
  9. Retain the Confirmation Number – keep a record of the confirmation number for future reference.
