New Invoice Disclaimers:
Another enhancement concerns the presentation of declined items on invoices. Previously, declined items were indicated solely by the term “Declined.” With the latest update, declined line items are now labeled as “Recommended,” along with the corresponding pricing. To ensure transparency, a disclaimer is included at the bottom stating that the recommended pricing is valid for 30 days only.

To fully incorporate the new invoice disclaimers, it is necessary to re-download the images on your computers. Please follow the instructions below to download the updated images.
After completing this process, exit HITS and log back in for the changes to take effect.
How Download Images from HITS so documents print with logos:
Downloading Invoice Image Forms
1. Views > Admin & Utilities
2. Workstation > Download Images
3. Select all images (it is usually best to check ALL, unless instructed otherwise), and click Download Selected Images
4. Click Download Selected Images.
This will download the background images for your Quotes, Workorders, Invoices, and inspection forms onto your local computer, where the images must reside to print properly.
5. You are all set!
