National Account Invoice Process
1. Green create button
2. Sales Rep
3. Workorder
4. Select Customer
5. Customer search (you must pick a customer that has an O in the A/R Column)
6. Once you have an open invoice select the bill to/ship to button and select the national acct we are billing to ex. Goodyear/Bridgestone/Michelin. If there is no selection, notify National Accounts and we can set it up.
7. Enter the products and services you used during the service. All labor codes should be the NA- codes found under the service tab
8. Make sure to put all pertinent information in the comments (not the notes). Comments show on the ticket, notes do not. You need the date of service, driver's name and number, unit worked on, mileage, last 8 of the vin if it applies, tire position, license plate and state, etc.
9. DOTs must be on all tires.
10. Email invoice or call company to get a PO. DO NOT send to national accounts until you have a PO from the company.
11. Once your ticket is complete select the print button on the bottom and change it to email PDF. Send the email to nationalaccounts@gillstire.com.
12. DO Not close the ticket, we will go in and make sure it is correct and process it through the appropriate national account. Once we are done, we will close it.
Auto Integrate and Holman that are National Accts
Repeat the above process except close in AI/Holman and then close in traction and email your invoice to nationalaccounts@gillstire.com.
State Net
1. Green create button

4. Select appropriate Government agency ex. City of Meridian
5. Do not change the bill to ship to on these invoices
6. Enter tires and mount/balance and disposals if any, be sure to use the state net pricing for the tires.
7. Bill customer for labor and tires with special pricing.
8. When you close your ticket you must email nationalaccounts@gillstire.com.
9. If you miss this step, these invoices will not be processed, and you will not receive credit for the tires.
