Michigan Only: Discount Code for Snow Changeovers

 At present, MI stores do not charge customers for snow changeovers if they purchased winter tires from Gills. In this scenario, use the PLT Tire Changeover install packages and adjust the invoice by using the discount code PCD!MI-SNOWCHANGE.
