HOW TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE FILES TO A HUB TICKET

You can upload multiple files to a Hub ticket at once by selecting them in a single action. This article shows how to use Shift or Ctrl/Command to attach files correctly.

Great news, The Hub tickets the ability to supports multiple uploads! To ensure your files attach correctly, remember that you must select them all in one single action rather than uploading them one by one.

Here is how to use the new multi-select feature:

Instructions for Uploading Multiple Files

  1. Navigate to your ticket and click the Browse button under the File Upload section.
  2. When the file explorer window opens, choose one of the two methods below based on how your files are organized:

Method A: Selecting a Continuous Group (Shift Key)

Use this if the files you want to upload are listed right next to each other.

  • Click on the first file in the list.
  • Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
  • Click on the last file in the list.
  • Result: All files between the first and last click will be highlighted.

Method B: Selecting Specific Individual Files (Control Key)

Use this if the files you need are scattered throughout the folder.

  • Hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) or Command key (Mac) on your keyboard.
  • Click each individual file you wish to include.
  • Result: Only the specific files you clicked will be highlighted.
  • Once your files are highlighted, click Open.
  • Verify that all files are listed before submitting.

Note: You can attach up to 10 files at once, provided they meet the standard size requirements.
