HOW TO QUOTE TIRES FROM TIRECAT WITHOUT STARTING A TICKET IN HITS
Launch TireCat from the Home Screen.
Search for tires by size, or use the drop-down menu to search by raw size.
Input the tire size. Click "Find Tires Now" to show all tires matching your search parameters.
Select the tire you wish to quote.
Click "Order Now". **NOTE this action does not place an order for tires.
View all details regarding the tire order, including installation costs and Promise Plus warranty options. The order can be customized if desired; the Promise Plus warranty may be added or removed.
Here you have the option to email or print the quote for the customer.
To email the quote, enter the customer's contact information and select "Send Email".
The customer will receive the email similar to this.
If you decide to purchase the selected tires, this can be done here as well. Click "Add to Ticket".
Enter the Sales Representative's name.
At this stage, tires may be added to a new work order, a new quote, or to an existing ticket if one is open.
