New Employees: HR will be in charge of getting new hires their Point S apparel as part of the onboarding process

For new Managers/Assistants:

Each should receive: (there are men's and women's versions of these options in-store):

· 5 Point S polos (required wear for customer-facing employees)

· 1 Point S Softshell Jacket

· 2 Point S Richardson Hats

· 1 Blue Point S T-Shirt

 

For Customer Facing Store Employees (non-store managers or assistants):

Each will receive:

· 5 Point S Polos

· 1 Point S Hat (Black Trucker)

· 1 Point S Softshell Jacket

 

For Non-Customer Facing Store Employees:

Each will receive:

· 2 Point S Black T-Shirts

· 1 Point S Hat (Black Trucker)

· 1 Point S Crewneck Sweatshirt

· Point S Uniform (will continue to be handled by Brad Rasmussen and will need to be initiated per the current process)

 

For Admin Team:

Each will receive:

· 2 Point S Polos

· 1 Blue Point S T-Shirt

· 1 Piece of outerwear (jacket, quarter zip, sweatshirt, or flannel) of their choice

For ongoing replacements/needs per store locations: The regional managers each have their own login and access to placing additional orders for the stores. Stores will also have a single login to do quick replacement orders for their locations – please remind your store managers – they have an apparel budget and apparel orders are reflected on their P&Ls. These budgets have been loaded into the store for the year as well.

Store managers: You will need to login with your store email (cityname@gillstire.com) to see your balance and place orders.

Then you will need to login to your account to see your balance. Here is the list of store emails the accounts are set up under:

Seasonal Orders: We will place bulk orders for the team twice a year. Winter orders will include winter-specific items like sweatshirts, fleeces, and beanies for team. Springtime bulk order will be around warmer season apparel like a t-shirt and restocking needed inventory for stores.
