How to Login to Gills Analytics for the First Time

New User Instructions

1. Please download Microsoft authenticator app on your phone through the app store/google store.
2. When prompted, give the Microsoft Authenticator app access to your camera. This allows you to use your camera to scan a QR code that will sync to the GA server. You can also scan a QR code from the application itself.

1. An email from Teragonia, subject line: Set your Teragonia Account Password (Screenshot below) will be sent to you.

• • Click on “Create Password”

1. Enter your Gills email and password
2. A first time user will be prompted to scan a QR code, which will link your MS Authenticator to the Tableau server.
   

1. Scan the QR code using your Microsoft Authenticator app or phone camera 
   • Once scanned, you would have added a Tableau server entry into your authenticator app.
   • You will then see a one-time password (code) show up in your Microsoft Authenticator App.
2. Enter the code and click “continue”
   • If you accidentally deleted Tableau from your authenticator app, please reach out to IT Support and we will send you another link via email.
   • You can also set up device biometrics (fingerprint/Face ID) as a multi factor authentication, but this is not required.
3. Click on “remind me later” OR “Not on this device” to skip this step.

1. Your password is now setup. Got to https://gillstire.sharepoint.com/sites/GillsTeam
2. Then Click on Gills Analytics.
   
3. Enter your username and newly created password.
4. You will be prompted to enter a security code. Use the security code from your authenticator app.
5. Click on the Gills Analytics folder and select your KPI dashboard.
