How to Change Time Zones in Teams

To change your time zone in Microsoft Teams, you can:

1. Select General 
2. Select Date & Time 
3. If the Set time zone automatically toggle is on, turn it off to manually change your time zone 

You can also update your Microsoft account time zone to ensure it matches your device settings:

1. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in 
2. Select Your info from the top menu 
3. Click Edit personal info 
4. Scroll down to the Time zone section and select the correct time zone 
5. Click Save to update your setting
