How do I update the list of upcoming acquisitions in Brex?
As we pursue a new acquisition and incur expenses, we want to capture the credit card expenses related to the acquisition for financial accounting purposes. However, this list must be maintained in Brex when a prospect becomes an "Active" acquisition.
The user might say that the particular acquisition is missing from the Brex expense drop-down list, and they need to assign the expense to the acquisition when filling out their expense details.

1) In Brex, navigate to the Acquisition Name detail in Accounting > Fields& Rules https://dashboard.brex.com/p/accounting/accounting-fields
2. Click the Add Value button in the Values section, and enter the project code as directed by the Acquisition team. The new value will be saved automatically. If you need to delete old acquisition codes, you can do so on this same screen.
3) The new value should now be available for Brex cardholders to choose from when they create/edit their expenses.
