How To Transfer A Ticket From HITS BPOS Into Autoflow

Creating New Customer appointments in HITS BPOS & Transferring to Autoflow

How do you make a ticket for an appointment in HITS & get it to populate in Autoflow (autotext.me)?

  • Create a work order in HITS
  • Add the customer, vehicle year, make and model, license plate number (tag #) and lines to the ticket.
  • Once you've added the customer, open the Appointment/Status tab

What to Do Within the Status/Appointment Tab

  • From the “Vehicle Status” drop down menu, select “On Lot”.

  • Select “Save” or “Save & Return” from the bottom of the page.

  • Open Autoflow and the ticket will now appear on the Active Customers page in Autoflow

 

 

When customer arrives for service

  • Create a matching customer and vehicle in HITS at the time of service.
  • Start the repair order 
  • When moved to Check In or On Lot status, the appointment in Autoflow converts to an active visit.

Confirm Ticket in Autoflow

  • To confirm the ticket has transferred open autoflow and confirm that the appointment is appearing in the system.

How to Text a Customer 

  • From HITS BPOS while in a work order, select “Text Customer” from the bottom.

 

  • This will take you to your Autoflow page and open the text dialog box for that customer.
