How do I assign a technician in Autoflow so vehicles show on their tablet?

There are two methods to assign technicians.

One is identical to how you assign a service advisor.

• Click on details, and click on the technician you wish to assign.

The best method of assigning a tech is by using “Set Priority”

Drag and Drop Tech Assignments

• Click on “Set Priority”
  • Use the tiles to drag and drop the work orders in the technicians queue.
    • Sort them in proper priority, and your technician will see these priorities on their dash
