Gills Rewards Sign-Up Without Customer Email
BayIQ Rewards sign-up in HITS requires a customer email address. If the customer does not provide one, follow the steps below based on urgency.
Ideal Process
Sign the customer up for rewards using their phone number and email address. Let them know they can unsubscribe from SMS or email communications after the purchase if they prefer.
If the customer declines to provide an email, follow the steps below —
For Urgent Requests:
- Call Gills IT directly at 877-484-4557
- Provide the HITS Customer Number and/or Work Order Number
- Gills IT will create a BayIQ account without an email
- The account will appear in the customer’s HITS profile once complete
For Non-Urgent Requests:
- Submit a HUB ticket and select “HITS” as the ticket type
- Include a request to create a BayIQ account without an email
- Provide the HITS Customer Number and/or Work Order Number
- Gills IT will process the request and make the account visible in HITS
Reminders:
- Rewards accounts without an email will still appear in HITS once created by IT
- No follow-up is needed after submission — IT will complete the proces
