Create a Customer Credit Memo

1. Create a credit memo selecting customer, item(s) and related line level classifications. Verify the credit memo PDF. Manually email if applicable. 2. Apply the credit memo at time of creation or with customer payment 3. Navigate to Transactions > Customers > Issue Credit Memos 4. Enter a customer into the Customer field 5. Under the Items tab: 6. Select the Real Estate Fees item 7. Enter a description (as required) 8. Enter a quantity and rate 9. Click Enter to add the line 10. Click on the Apply tab 11. Select an invoice(s) to apply the credit to 12. Click Save.
