WHAT TO DO IF THE BAYIQ REWARDS CUSTOMER IS ACTIVE, BUT NOT SHOWING ANY AVAILABLE REWARDS
STEPS TO TAKE TO UPDATE REGISTRATION FOR AN ACTIVE BAYIQ CUSTOMER WHEN IT IS SHOWING NO AVAILABLE REWARDS.
Here are the steps to correct to the issue:
1. Click the green Rewards button; the system will indicate there are no rewards available.
2. Select "Lookup Reward Customer" at the bottom of the menu to start searching for customer reward information.
3. A box will appear confirming the customer is in the BayIQ Database.
4. Double-click the customer's name to open a window confirming the HIT Point of Sale customer is linked to the BAYIQ Rewards Account.
5. At the same time, another popup will have opened behind the Register BayIQ Customer window. To access it, please click "Done" to close the primary window.
6. When the "Customer Already Registered" box appears, select "Update Registration." You will then be returned to the main work order screen.
7. Click the green Rewards button once more to view all available customer rewards.
8. Apply customer rewards to ticket if necessary.
